“Lake Marpole”: TransLink owned land impedes bylaws

photoOn a $6 million piece of land purchased by TransLink sits a huge lake on top of an empty concrete slab, causing the overgrowth of plants and trees, and violating various maintenance bylaws.

8850 Ash St. is the residence of a large area of undeveloped property purchased by the South Coast BC Transportation Authority in May 2012 from a company called Concert Properties.
